HOW TO CONTACT US
The first step is to contact us .You can simply contact us by email ,phone or by clicking the contact us button on our web page, then a specific patient coordinator will be assigned for you. She will be assisting you before and after your arrival.
Prior to your attendance to our hospital, your assigned patient coordinator will be responsible for providing you with the estimated treatment plan&cost as well as scheduling the appointment and other services such as translation assistance, transportation and other services you might request.
We primarily ensure that you receive special attention and care for both your health and wellness from the time you start interacting with us.

WHAT WE REQUEST FOR A QUICKER PRE ASSESMENT?
You will be asked to send all relevant documents and a summary of your clinical symphtoms. For a prompt and accurate reply please mention and send the followings:
- Brief description of your disease
- Important points in your medical history such as previous surgeries, accompanying diseases, chronic and blood diseases
- Medical reports, X rays, CT Scans, MRIs, Laboratory Reports, previous epicrisis
- List of the Medications you use regularly
After receiving the documents and necessary information, we will consult to our team of doctors to get the best treatment option for you. After submitting the treatment plan and cost , we will wait for you to make your decision and schedule your health journey.
HOW TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT
Your assigned patient coordinator will help you schedule your appointment. You will be asked for your intended dates for the treatment and your dates will be matched with the doctor’s available appointments. Then the date will be pre booked for you until you send the images of your confirmed flight tickets. Your final treatment schedule and itinerary will be prepared and sent to you via email upon receiving the images of confirmed flight tickets.
HOW TO GET TO THE HOSPITAL
After your arrival to Istanbul Int’l Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, you will be met by our VIP transfer services. Our drivers at the airport are available 24 hours and 7 days a week at your service.
When you come out from custom exit door, you will see our driver waiting you with a board written initials of your name or company sign. If you cannot meet, then you will goto our pre determined meeting point . Please keep it in mind that there is free wifi at the airport for the initial 2 hours after getting connected to the airport wifi network.
DURING YOUR STAY
ADMISSION
You will be met by your assigned patient coordinator if your arrival takes place in between 9 am- 6 pm. Otherwise, staff in charge will meet you and help you for your admission and check into your room. You will be requested to submit your passport or valid international identity card for admission procedures.
INTERPRETER ASSISTANCE
Irmet Hospital speaks English, Arabic, Bulgarian, Turkish, Albanian, Italian, Kurdish. If you need assistance for another language , arrangements should be made prior to your arrival.
INTERNET ACCESS
There is available free wifi internet Access within our hospital. You will be provided the password for getting connected.
ROOM FEATURES
All of our rooms are equipped with private batroom, cable TV , small refrigerator. Please kindly push the button for the pictures of rooms.
MEALS
Meals are designed to meet the needs of our patients. A companion is always welcome at no charge provided that the same room is shared. The companion is provided with meal three times a day and make use of free wifi, again, at no charge.
The companion can also enjoy snack options at our cafeteria.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
Concierge Services serves as a liaison for patient and family needs that are not medically related. Our staff can help you deal with non-clinical issues, meals, air and ground transportation, short term and extended hotel accommodations, and business services, such as accessing email or printing airline boarding passes, laundry etc. To give family members needed breaks away from the hospital, we would also be pleased to assist with ticketing for special events, such as local entertainment, tours.
